Cleaning House
I start a new job today, and I'm very excited about it. The job fits well with the journey God has laid out for me!
Over four years, I've acquired many books that have taken up a ton of shelf space in the house. To be specific, I'm talking about space in the linen closet, mud room, bookshelf, bathroom, and even the kitchen. The office I'm moving into has many bookshelves, and since the books are relevant to the new job, I've loaded the back of my truck to bring them to work!
Here's a sampling of the soon-to-be-moved library:
Post-Modern Pilgrims by Leonard Sweet
To Know and Love God by David K. Clark (self titled "World's Most Dangerous Theologian" given his uncanny Letterman impression)
The Leaders Companion by J. Thomas Wren
Westminster Dictionary of Theological Terms by Donald K. McKim
Calvin & Hobbes Sunday Pages 1985-1995 by Bill Watterson (for levity)

Congratulations!
I think I'll be seeing you there before too long. Have fun!
